First impressions of the app
What I like most is that I do not have to come up with a password. I scan the code at my stylist, sign in with one tap through Google, and have her whole gallery right on my phone. I am tired of setting up accounts with yet another password to remember, and here I just open it and browse. I only miss a 'share with a friend' button to show a design to a friend, but otherwise it is great.
I was skeptical, but after testing I changed my mind. Browsing my stylist's work is far more convenient than on Instagram, where I cannot find anything later anyway and the algorithm keeps pushing thousands of other salons at me. Here I have a clean gallery, only her work, and I can filter by color. I love that it is cut off from social media.
How many times did I dig through old messages just to remember what I did for her last time. In Nailfolio I pin a gallery to each client. Before the appointment I check her history and preferences, and I already know where to start. The client memory alone is worth the subscription.
The QR code is a real winner for me. Clients hate coming up with new passwords, and here they scan the code, sign in with one tap through Google, and have my work on their phone. I show it to them right in the chair and they browse on their own. The app is light and simple. The only thing I miss is the option to add my own logo to the gallery page, to make it feel more like mine.

Clients always use it for free, with no card and no other fees. Stylists start on the Free plan, also with no card and no time limit. When they need more, they can choose Pro, Pro Marka or Studio. The Scale plan is priced individually. Pro, Pro Marka and Studio come with a 30-day trial that requires a card. The subscription starts once the trial ends.
You need an internet connection to browse galleries. The app is light and runs smoothly even on weak salon Wi-Fi.
No. We don't use marketing cookies, don't share data with advertisers and don't embed advertising pixels. To improve the product we use analytics (PostHog, Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity) only with your consent, never for advertising. All data is stored in the European Union in line with GDPR.

Yes. Nailfolio lets you have two accounts at once: you can be a stylist running your portfolio and a client of another stylist. The accounts are separate, each with its own history and inspiration sessions.
You sign in by email on the new device, and all your data (gallery, clients, inspiration sessions) is right there in the cloud. You can stay signed in on several devices at once, for example your phone and a tablet in the salon.
