My consultations got twice as short.
My favorite part is the smart filters. I lost count of how many times a client came in with a Pinterest photo of gel on a short nail bed, while she has long almond nails and wants exactly that. Filtering by length and technique settles it in five minutes, the client only sees what I can actually do for her.
